Today, I am proud to announce that Cadence has selected Spotnana to help them modernize the infrastructure powering their TMC.
Spotnana is rapidly developing a comprehensive set of capabilities to help TMCs reduce operating costs, accelerate innovation, and improve traveler experiences. I couldn’t be more excited that Cadence has chosen to adopt our Travel-as-a-Service platform and join our growing ecosystem of valued TMC partners.

Since Spotnana provides a single platform for TMCs and their customers, Cadence’s clients are able to access travel agents who can see the same content, policies, and profiles as the travelers they serve. In addition, Spotnana’s advanced capabilities for servicing content from a wide range of sources makes it easy to provide clients with more access to travel inventory as Spotnana releases new content integrations.
The Cadence teams managing meetings and incentive travel programs are also able to benefit from Spotnana’s ability to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and help clients keep costs under control.

Bringing a new level of operational efficiency
One of our key goals this year is to help our TMC partners reduce the cost of servicing their clients by 50%. We are taking a multifaceted approach to achieving this outcome.
Key areas of investment this year include:
- Expanding self-service capabilities – by empowering travelers to complete more actions on their own, we can further reduce the volume of transactions that require an agent touch.
- Increasing agent efficiency – enhancements to our Agent Desktop and will enable agents to handle more requests in less time.
- Artificial intelligence – providing AI assistants to both travelers and agents will result in further improvements in both of these areas.
- TMC management tools – we are developing tools that help TMCs automate complex workflows that add complexity to travel servicing.
