Spotnana integrates with Crisis24 for duty of care

Dedicated risk management solutions can be vital for travel managers to track travelers around the world and ensure their safety if something goes wrong. 

If dated or flawed information is sent from a travel platform to a risk management service, travel programs may not have accurate and up-to-date information on traveler locations and potential risk.

To provide more risk management options to travel programs, we’re excited to announce that Crisis24 is now available on Spotnana’s Travel-as-a-Service platform through the integrated security risk management provider’s advanced Horizon API.

Spotnana provides real-time data from all aspects of a traveler’s trip from booking through to servicing for all EDIFACT- and NDC-based bookings. Our approach ensures that travel managers always have the most up-to-date possible information on planned trips and where travelers are currently in the world.
